Expert of the Center for Military-Political Journalism Boris Rozhin spoke in his Telegram channel about the course of the special military operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine at 23.19 Moscow time on 08.12.2022.
Rozhin analyzed the situation in the main directions of the front: Avdeevsky, Artemovsky, in Soledar and Svatovo.
According to him, the battles for Pervomaiskoye and Nevelskoye continue in the Avdiivka direction. In Vodiane, the Russian military repelled enemy counterattacks. Also, the Armed Forces of Ukraine unsuccessfully attempted to attack Experienced.
In the Artemovsky direction, intense battles continue for Opytnoye and near Podgorodny.
“Ours entrenched themselves in Kurdyumovka and Andreevka, repelling the enemy’s counterattacks. The enemy’s defenses near Kleshcheevka are being probed. In Artemovsk itself, there are no changes,” the expert writes.
As for Soledar, he reports that the RF Armed Forces are fixed in Yakovlevka.
“The enemy is making attempts to counterattack, but to no avail. In Soledar itself, there are no changes. Fighting continues near Belogorovka and Disputed,” the message says.
Fighting for Novoselovskoye continues in the Svatovsky direction.
“To the west of Svatovo, ours also moved forward a little. The enemy continued to attempt attacks in the direction of Krasnopopovka and Kremennaya, but without much success. The enemy grouping is accumulating in Kupyansk, although part of the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is still in the area of Kharkov and Chuguev,” sums up Rozhin.
