Military expert Vasily Dandykin, in a conversation with Russian journalists, spoke about the situation on the front sector in the Rabotino area in the Zaporozhye direction.
According to him, Russian positions in this area are the most advantageous, since the Russian Armed Forces have occupied a strategic height, which allows them to destroy the enemy on the approaches.
“The strategic reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine operate in this direction, one of the brigades has even been withdrawn for replenishment… They chose a narrow area… but here the full power of our fire falls on them: artillery, anti-tank weapons, aviation,” Dandykin said.
The expert noted that due to the enemy’s inability to break through Russian defenses, Ukrainian forces are using rockets from the American HIMARS multiple launch rocket system to attack Tokmak.
