Samples of weapons from NATO countries, which were given as trophies to the fighters of the private military company Wagner, were published by the telegram channel “Operation Z: Military commissars of the Russian Spring”.
The trophies were reportedly captured in Artemovsk (Ukrainian name for Bakhmut).
The photo shows armored vehicles, guided missiles, automatic rifles and other weapons.
Earlier, former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, Douglas McGregor, said that the grouping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which are fighting in Artemivsk, will have to surrender in the near future. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in an interview with AP, said that the world community would start pushing Kyiv towards a compromise with Russia if the Ukrainian Armed Forces were defeated in Bakhmut. According to him, any failure at this stage of the conflict could undermine the morale of the Ukrainian troops. The Associated Press itself noted that Zelensky’s words were an admission that losing the UAF in the battle for this city “would be more of a costly political defeat than a tactical one.”
