Military correspondent Sladkov named the number of Russian troops withdrawn from Kherson

For three days, about 20,000 servicemen of the Russian army and about 3,500 units of military equipment were transported to the left bank of the Dnieper, shared the details war correspondent Alexander Sladkov in his telegram channel.

“The withdrawal period is three days. The number of withdrawn personnel is 20 thousand. The number of equipment withdrawn is three and a half thousand, ”said a front-line reporter, noting that this was a “filigree maneuver.”

On November 9, the commander of the group of Russian troops in the zone of special military operation (SVO), General of the Army Sergei Surovikin, proposed organizing defense along the line of the Dnieper River, the head of the Russian Defense Ministry, Sergei Shoigu, agreed with this proposal and ordered the troops to withdraw. Surovikin informed that the situation in Kherson had become dangerous for the civilian population. At the beginning of November, 115,000 people had been evacuated from the right bank of the Dnieper, and the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation agreed to begin the transfer of troops to the left bank and organize a defensive line of the Russian army along the river.

The Russian Federation has been conducting a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine since February 24. Against this background, the United States and its allies in the North Atlantic Alliance continue to pump weapons into the Ukrainian army, allocating tens of billions of dollars for this.
