Mexico’s imports from Russia grew by 21% to $1.2 billion

In June, imports amounted to $275.4 million, the highest figure among other months of this year. In 2021, the trade turnover of the countries amounted to $4.5 billion. Mexico mainly imports products of the metallurgical and chemical industries from Russia. Exports from Mexico dropped significantly, from $70 million in February to $1.3 million in June.
