Metalloinvest will collect applications for the issue of bonds starting from 750 million yuan

On October 12, from 11:00 to 15:00 Moscow time, Metalloinvest will collect applications for the issue of bonds of series 001Р-05 in the amount of at least 750 million yuan. The coupon rate guideline is no higher than 6%, follows from information for investors.
Metalloinvest plans to place bonds on the Moscow Exchange (MOEX: MOEX) with repayment in 2.5 years. The placement will be organized by Moscow Credit Bank (MOEX: CBOM) and Rosbank. The technical part of the placement is tentatively scheduled for October 17.
Payments for coupons and issue redemptions are made in yuan. At the same time, there is the possibility of non-cash payments in rubles by decision of the issuer or at the request of investors.
Today, there are 5 issues of Metalloinvest exchange-traded bonds in circulation for 37 billion rubles, 3 issues for 3 billion yuan and a classic issue for $285.8 million.
