“I have just returned from a business trip from Moscow, where, among other things, I met with the general director of the Metalloinvest management company, Nazim Tofikovich Efendiev. What was agreed: <...> Metalloinvest will allocate 400 million rubles for the restoration of Shebekino and Novaya Tavolzhanka,” Gladkov said.
In addition, in Stary Oskol, the company will complete landscaping in Victory Park, the construction of a sports cluster on the school grounds, and the next stage of reconstruction of the Oskol River embankment, the governor added.
Metalloinvest owns two enterprises in the Belgorod region – the Lebedinsky Mining and Processing Plant and the OEMK Metallurgical Plant. A.A. Ugarova. 100% of the holding belongs to USM, the main shareholder of which is Alisher Usmanov (49%).

In the Belgorod region, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist danger is indefinitely. Since October 19, 2022, by decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the “medium level of response” has been established in the region.
