Member of the HRC Kabanov proposed to limit the issuance of citizenship under the resettlement program

Kirill Kabanov, a member of the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation, published on his Telegram channel a proposal to temporarily limit the issuance of Russian citizenship under the preferential resettlement program. According to Kabanov, not all categories of possible participants in the program should be subject to restrictions, but only those who are not real compatriots, but receive citizenship as a result of abuse.

Among those for whom the program should continue to operate, a member of the HRC includes, in addition to citizens of the Republic of Belarus and carriers of a common Slavic culture, “persons who have historical family ties with Russia, persons with outstanding professional and unique competencies, representatives of indigenous peoples historically living in the territory RF”, as well as residents of new regions and participants in the NWO.

This will allow, as Kabanov believes, to cut off from the process those who are included in it through the existing system of “abuses” and “commercialization”, and to facilitate the access of those who today “often go through many months, and some even many years of bureaucratic“ hellish circles ”to to receive their due and native citizenship of Russia”.

At the same time, the facilitation of the procedure for residents of new territories to enter Russian citizenship is especially emphasized in the post, since timely assistance and support, including financial support, is most important for them now.
