“We need to provide access to public services. Not all of them can be used in new regions. The portal could bring together organizations that are ready to support residents of new regions who need help,” Medvedev said, his words are quoted in the message.
The portal will feature a section of frequently asked questions faced by residents of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Along with the questions, step-by-step instructions for solving them will be published.
On September 30, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the heads of the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions signed agreements on the annexation of the regions to Russia. Putin stressed that the inhabitants of the annexed territories “become citizens of the Russian Federation forever.”
