Medvedev called Scholz’s words about the Russian Federation’s fault for stopping gas supplies a lie

Deputy Head of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev commented on the words of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz about Russia’s guilt in stopping gas supplies to the EU, said at the congress of the Social Democratic Party.

“He lies and doesn’t blush!” Medvedev wrote on his account on the social network X, adding that the EU countries themselves rejected and “abandoned their people because of the mischief towards Russia.”

The deputy head of the Russian Security Council added that now European leaders are “dodging and lying.”
