It is necessary to destroy the Kiev regime like a hornet’s nest, otherwise it will constantly pose a threat. This statement was made by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev at the Prudboy combined arms training ground in the Volgograd region, he published fragment of the speech in his Telegram channel.

“They must be destroyed, and not only in their personal capacity – the hornet’s nest itself must be destroyed. The regime that has developed in Ukraine is subject to extermination, it must be destroyed. Otherwise, a threat will constantly come from there and you will have to constantly carry out operations like the one that has been carried out for more than a year,” he said.

Medvedev also stressed that the special operation has turned into a counter-terrorist struggle, because Ukrainian soldiers are killing Russian citizens. “Any state does not negotiate with terrorists. The terrorists must be destroyed. The fact that our adversary is already behaving like a terrorist characterizes in a certain way both the Ukrainian regime and those who stand behind it – first of all, these are the Americans, the Europeans who, in fact, have embarked on the warpath with us,” Medvedev said.

According to him, terrorist attacks are attacks by Ukrainian drones on civilians. “Cause damage to the civilian population and nothing more. Because those UAVs that use [ВСУ] cannot cause damage to either military facilities or state administration facilities. So, the goal is simple – to cause damage to the civilian population. This is a terrorist act,” the deputy chairman of the Security Council stressed.

Drones attacked several buildings in Moscow on the morning of May 30th. Drones hit residential buildings in the capital on the street. Atlasov in New Moscow, on the street. Profsoyuznaya and on Leninsky Prospekt. Incidents were also recorded in the Moscow region – 500 meters from the Ilyinsky highway in Krasnogorsk and in the Odintsovo urban district. As a result of the incident, no one received serious injuries, all assistance was provided on the spot.

According to the Ministry of Defense, eight Ukrainian drones were involved in the attack, five of which were shot down, three more were suppressed by electronic warfare and deviated from the targets. On the fact of the incident aroused criminal case on terrorism under Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
