The enemy of Russia is located not only in Kyiv, but also in Europe, the USA, Japan and other countries, so Moscow is building up the most powerful means of destruction, declared Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, on his Telegram channel.
