Media: explosions sound in Zaporozhye

Explosions occurred in the city of Zaporozhye, controlled by the Ukrainian authorities, TASS reports with reference to Ukrainian Telegram channels.
No details provided.
“In the temporarily Nazi-occupied city of Zaporozhye, explosions (at least two) are heard,” wrote the head of the Zaporozhye movement “We are together with Russia” Vladimir Rogov in his Telegram channel. “According to preliminary data, the air defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is operating, which poses the greatest danger to civilians. Stay in safe places,” he wrote.
An air raid alert has now been declared in Kiev-controlled areas of the Zaporozhye region.
The Russian army began striking the infrastructure of Ukraine on October 10, in response to the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge. Strikes are carried out only on military targets, as well as energy facilities. During this time, air raid alerts in areas controlled by Kyiv are announced virtually every day, and periodically this happens throughout the country.
Jack Watling, a researcher at the British Royal United Defense Studies Institute (RUSI), said that attacks on critical infrastructure will make the winter very difficult for Ukraine. In his opinion, strikes by the Russian Armed Forces against critical infrastructure facilities pose a strategic threat to the Kyiv regime. Watling called on Ukraine to “prepare for a difficult winter.”
