Incumbent US President Joe Biden is ahead of other candidates in the 2024 elections in terms of the amount of funds raised, RIA Novosti reports with reference to The Hill.
As noted, Biden is almost 2 times ahead of former US President Donald Trump in terms of the amount of funds received from donors. In total, Biden was transferred $ 72 million, and the number of donors reached 400 thousand.
Trump is in second place in terms of funds raised ($35 million), followed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis ($20 million). Both of them represent the Republican Party.
Another Democratic candidate, Robert Kennedy Jr., received $6.3 million from donors.
