Matviyenko: benefits for participants in the military operation will be extended to mobilized

The current benefits for participants in the military operation in Ukraine, including medical and tax benefits, will be extended to those who fall under partial mobilization. This was announced by the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko. According to her, on behalf of Vladimir Putin, amendments to the legislation are being prepared to provide labor guarantees for the military.

“Currently, a number of support measures have already been taken for the participants of the special operation. These are medical and tax benefits, and free additional professional education, and a monthly pension supplement, and much more. It is important that all these benefits will also apply to those who will be called up as part of partial mobilization,” said Ms. Matvienko at the first autumn session of the Federation Council.
