Retired LPR Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Marochko said that 152-mm ammunition with signs of damage was delivered to one of the artillery units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kupyansk direction.
According to him, two vehicles with ammunition for 152 mm guns arrived in the area of the village of Kovsharovka.
“This ammunition showed clear signs of deterioration. The shells were delivered without capping, with traces of deformation and scratches,” Marochko noted.
He clarified that it is quite possible that this ammunition was from those that were collected after one of the Ukrainian military’s warehouses were hit.
