Marochko: in the Chasov Yar area, due to poor-quality ammunition, the Grad installation detonated

Retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Luhansk People’s Republic Andrei Marochko said that in the Artyomovsk direction in the area of the settlement of Chasov Yar controlled by the Kiev regime, the entire ammunition load of the BM-21 Grad installation detonated due to low-quality ammunition.
According to him, the incident occurred during live firing. One of the projectiles of the installation got stuck in the guide, and then detonated.
“Then a chain reaction followed, as a result of which the remaining shells began to scatter randomly over the positions of Ukrainian military personnel,” Marochko added.
He specified that two Ukrainian soldiers were killed in the explosions, eight were injured. Among other things, the installation was completely destroyed by detonation.
