Marina Kirdakova, who previously headed the department for monitoring and analyzing social processes in the presidential administration, became the director of the department for interaction with the regions of Rosatom. The Rosatom website says that Kirdakova was appointed on May 16. She has a law degree and education in the field of state and municipal administration. In the presidential administration, Kirdakova “dealt with a wide range of issues, in particular, the preparation of proposals to determine the priority areas of state policy for the socio-economic development of the regions.” At the state corporation, Kirdakova will continue to work on interaction with regional authorities, local communities and public organizations in the cities where Rosatom has a presence.

The former head of the department, Andrey Polosin, “will continue his career at the RANEPA,” the state corporation’s website says. Vedomosti wrote that he was appointed vice-rector of the RANEPA and in this position he would be involved in the DNA of Russia project, including issues of ideology.
