Two more people took part in the elections for the post of mayor of Tomsk – the director of Proftrans LLC Igor Olkhovsky and the director of the Asinovsky Unified Resource Center Alexander Vulf. 2 people voted for Olkhovsky, zero voted for Wulff. Another MP abstained.
Dmitry Makhina is 41 years old, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Omsk State University. F. M. Dostoevsky.
