Main gas pipeline caught fire in Makiivka after the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

After shelling by Ukrainian formations in Makiivka, located in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the main gas pipeline caught fire. The fire started after the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at the Chervonogvardeisky district of the city.
At least 6 shells of the so-called “NATO” caliber of 155 mm were fired at the city. After this shelling, a fire started on the gas pipeline. Emergency services are working to eliminate its consequences.
Recall that Makiivka is a satellite city of Donetsk, located in the north-east of the regional center. From time to time, it is also subjected to shelling by Ukrainian formations.
