Macron says there are no topics to talk to Putin yet

French President Emmanuel Macron said at a press conference in Chisinau after the summit of the European Political Community that Paris has always been available for dialogue with everyone.
He added that he does not rule out new negotiations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, if the opportunity arises and depending on their content.
“Today there are no topics for a useful conversation,” the French leader stated.
At the same time, he stressed that if there is progress on a number of issues and the dialogue is justified, he will do it “without any hesitation.” Macron also recalled that at the beginning of the Ukrainian conflict, he held several talks with Vladimir Putin.
