Lukashenko: Putin’s ideas on the peace initiative will resonate with the Ukrainian military
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said at a meeting with the Russian leader that Vladimir Putin’s ideas for a peaceful settlement in Ukraine will find a response, oddly enough, among the Ukrainian military.
“My instincts have never deceived me,” Lukashenko said, addressing Putin. He expressed confidence that the Russian President’s initiatives for a peaceful resolution of the conflict will find a response in Ukraine.
“Oddly enough, they will find it from the military,” Lukashenko emphasized.
He added that he absolutely supports the position of the Russian leadership on the peace process in this conflict.
