President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that negotiations on ending the conflict on the territory of Ukraine should begin without preconditions. He made such a statement in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Diana Panchenko.
“Negotiations should begin without preconditions. This is a classic of any diplomacy. I think so. We must sit down at the negotiating table and discuss everything,” the Belarusian leader said.
According to him, during the negotiations it is necessary to discuss the Crimea, Kherson, Zaporozhye, Donetsk and Lugansk. At the same time, he stressed that during the consultations it is possible to return to the issues that were raised during the previous negotiations.
