The head of the administration of the Kakhovka district, Vladimir Leontiev, spoke about the risk of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station with the help of sea mines.
Moreover, Leontiev stressed that such statements on his part are “not an exaggeration, but reliable information.”
“This information was before, but now it is quite likely, especially given that the current has intensified due to an increase in flow. Water is being discharged, so, of course, there is a risk,” the head of the district explained his confidence.
