Utility workers posted leaflets in Volgograd with the rules of action during an air raid raid
Residents of the central districts of Volgograd noticed that notices about the rules of conduct during the air raid warning appeared on notice boards and the walls of entrances. Information about the leaflets began to spread on social networks, with citizens sharing photos.
Local officials confirmed that this was not a joke or a provocation. How reports V1.ru, the management company of the Central District reported that the leaflets were posted by their employees.
“This is being distributed by the management company,” said the Criminal Code, “in connection with a military special operation in Ukraine.”
Since the beginning of the Northern Military District, similar leaflets have appeared in Volgograd several times. In particular, on the eve of the New Year 2023, citizens were reminded in such memos of the need to be vigilant and told what things they need to have ready in an “alarm suitcase” and where the nearest bomb shelters are located. Last September, residents of the Sovetsky district noticed notices – they were reminded that during an air raid raid they should turn off gas, water, electricity in their apartments and close the windows.
