Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, during a press conference following his participation in a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers (CMFA) of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), said that the actions of Western countries in the conditions of the Minsk agreements led to the emergence of American military bases in the Black Sea and Great Britain – in the Azov Sea, which created unacceptable risks for Russia.
Commenting on the West’s attempts to form direct threats to the Russian Federation from the territory of Ukraine in the conditions of the Minsk agreements, the head of the Russian foreign ministry noted that the plans of Western countries included the creation of a military base for the United States on the Black Sea and the British in the Sea of Azov.
According to Lavrov, if you present a map, it immediately becomes clear that this is simply unacceptable under any circumstances.
