The head of the Russian foreign policy department believes that many in Europe have become quite tired of Ukraine. According to Lavrov, they are trying to keep the current situation afloat solely by inertia and with the help of self-hypnosis.
The minister also noted that he does not care that his visit to the DPRK could cause panic in the West.
