Lavrov explained the strikes of the Armed Forces on the infrastructure of Ukraine

The Armed Forces (AF) of the Russian Federation are striking at the infrastructure of Ukraine, which provides the combat potential of the Ukrainian army, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a press conference on European security.

“Infrastructure that is now under attack. They talk about her. There are no secrets here. This is the infrastructure that provides the combat potential of the armed forces of Ukraine, the nationalist battalions. The blows are applied with high-precision weapons. Energy facilities are also being put out of action, on which the functioning of the armed forces of Ukraine depends and on which the delivery of a huge amount of weapons depends, with which the West is pumping Ukraine to kill Russians, ”said the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

Last week, the representative of the Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov informedthat the RF Armed Forces delivered a massive strike on Ukraine’s infrastructure facilities on November 23. “As a result of the strike, the transfer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reserves, foreign weapons, military equipment and ammunition to the combat areas by rail was disrupted,” he said.

Konashenkov also noted that on the eve of Russia did not inflict a single blow on the territory of Kyiv. All the destruction reported by the Ukrainian authorities and local media is related to the fall of foreign and Ukrainian air defense missiles deployed in residential areas of Kyiv.

On October 10, the Russian military began to strike at Ukraine’s critical infrastructure. Russian President Vladimir Putin, during an operational meeting with members of the Security Council on October 10, said that such a decision was made in response to Ukrainian attempts at terrorist attacks on Russian territory, including an explosion on the Crimean bridge. He emphasized that the reaction to such actions would be tough.
