Lavrov: “About 200 Ukrainian children were placed in the families of the Russian Federation, it was not an adoption”

Sergey Lavrov, as part of a briefing on Friday, spoke about the fate of children evacuated from the territory of Ukraine.
The Foreign Minister noted that children taken to the Russian regions can return to their parents if they receive such a request: “If these children have parents or direct relatives, they have every right to take these children.”
The minister also stressed that about 200 Ukrainian children were placed in the families of the Russian Federation, it was not an adoption.
According to Lavrov, Moscow does not hide the names and coordinates of their whereabouts.
