Latvian authorities have approved a list of goods prohibited for import from Russia
The Latvian Cabinet of Ministers has approved a list of products that are subject to a ban on import into the country from Russia and Belarus, the press service of the Latvian government reports.
It is clarified that this resolution was prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture of Latvia and approved on Tuesday, March 5, at a government meeting.
“The resolution establishes a ban on the import of agricultural and feed products into Latvia from Russia and Belarus, as well as third countries, if the relevant products are of Russian or Belarusian origin,” the statement says.
