Kyiv did not give money to the Ukrainian Armed Forces-controlled part of the Zaporozhye region for “dragon teeth”
The Ukrainian publication Strana, citing the electronic public procurement system, reported that the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers did not allocate money for anti-tank barriers for the part of the Zaporozhye region controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers did not allocate funds for the “dragon’s teeth” for the Zaporozhye region. This is evidenced by the data of the electronic procurement system,” the material notes.
The authors of the publication added that funds were never received from the state budget into the accounts of the local administration. Among other things, there is no government document on the distribution of funds from the state budget for fortification purposes.
It is noted that the tender for the purchase of “dragon teeth” was announced in early January. According to the documents, it was about 45 thousand pieces of barrier concrete pyramids, the cost was 2.3 million dollars. The tender was later canceled by the customer due to lack of funding.
