NF Group analyzed information about 14 metropolitan streets popular with retail operators. The list includes Arbat, Kuznetsky Most, Nikolskaya, Rozhdestvenka, lanes Kamergersky, Stoleshnikov, Tretyakovsky passage, several zones in the areas of Yakimanka and Zamoskvorechye. The cost of renting at Kuznetsky Most increased by 21% over the year. The fastest growing rental price was in the area of Patriarch’s Ponds (+43%), where cafes and shops cost RUB 215,000 to stay here. According to experts, this is due to the “limited volume of quality supply and consistently high demand for premises.”
Accommodation on Nikolskaya Street has risen in price by 3%, but the rate remains high – 236 thousand rubles. The cost of renting on Pyatnitskaya Street has not changed and remained at the level of 160 thousand rubles.
The minimum rate in the NF Group sample was 20 thousand rubles. for 1 sq. m. So much is offered for premises on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, where the cost of rent has fallen by 43%. The same price was fixed on Prospekt Mira (-33%) and on the Garden Ring (-20%). According to experts, the cost reduction is associated with the entry into the market of new premises located far from the metro or the center.
