Demand for them grew the most in Sochi — 2.8 times, the volume of supply rose by 74.4%. The average rental price was 5 thousand rubles. In Kaliningrad, the interest in townhouses has increased 2.3 times, the supply – by 80%. The price of renting such housing per day reaches 7 thousand rubles. In Moscow, the demand for townhouses fell by 59.6%, the supply has not changed in any way, the daily cost is 9 thousand rubles.
The most expensive daily rent of townhouses in Krasnoyarsk is about 13 thousand rubles. The interest of residents in such housing fell by 27.2% over the year, the supply increased by 37.5%. In St. Petersburg, a townhouse can be rented for an average of 6.8 thousand rubles. Demand grew 1.2 times, supply – by 41.7%.
