According to the Ukrainian agency Strana.ua, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba ruled out the possibility of concessions from Kyiv to resume the grain deal.
“Russia creates problems and then invites everyone to solve them,” Kuleba said.
As for the visit of Turkish President Erdogan to Moscow, the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said that it is too early to draw any conclusions.
“We clearly explained everything to the Turkish side… and we will defend all principled positions,” Kuleba added.
