According to the Indian television channel NDTV, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, during his visit to India, told journalists a possible date for discussing the “peace formula” between Kiev and Moscow.
According to the Ukrainian diplomat, such discussions could take place on the sidelines of the second and third peace summits in Switzerland, if they are organized. As part of the first summit, Kyiv proposes to bring together countries that share the “peace formula” it has prepared.
“They (the participating countries – editor’s note) will form groups and agree on how they would like to act in order to achieve these points. Then, between the second and third summit, communication with Russia can take place, according to the rules approved by the participants,” Kuleba said.
