Ukrainian Foreign Ministry: spoke about “active negotiations” on the supply of air defense systems by the West

Currently, Kyiv continues negotiations with its Western partners on the allocation of two batteries of the Patriot air defense system and one SAMP/T to the Ukrainian army, said Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

At the same time, he admitted that there is no solution to this issue, and it completely depends on Washington, since the system is produced in the USA.

“We know exactly where and what is located. Active negotiations are already underway for two Patriot batteries and one SAMP/T battery,” he said.

At the same time, he noted that suppliers are not yet ready to give air defense systems to the Kyiv regime. “It would be a matter of a week and we would have them.”

Earlier, the President of Ukraine admitted that his country would continue to lose people and territory if its partners did not support it.
