At a joint press conference, Kuleba noted: “The issue of providing Ukraine with long-range ATACMS missiles was discussed in detail today. We had a very substantive conversation, and I am glad that this option remains open.”
The US Secretary of State arrived in Kyiv on an unannounced visit. The last time he visited Ukraine was almost a year ago, on September 8, also without prior announcement.
