The head of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Alexei Kudrin, said that the financial system of Russia is stable in order to fulfill all the social obligations of the budget.
“It is absolutely possible to fulfill social budget obligations, including indexed ones. We have a fairly strong financial system for this,” Kudrin said during the Moscow Financial Forum (quote according to TASS).
In addition, Kudrin believes that it is possible to ensure the growth of real incomes of the Russian population after this “crisis year”. He noted with regret the decline in income during the crisis.
At the end of July, Rosstat informed on the reduction of real disposable incomes of Russians in the II quarter by 0.8% compared to the same period in 2021. At the same time, according to the agency, they increased by 16.4% relative to the I quarter. Monetary incomes on average per capita amounted to 44,374 rubles. in April – June. In nominal terms, this is 15.2% more than in the second quarter of last year.
In August, the Ministry of Economic Development presented scenario conditions, according to which the agency expects inflation by December 2022 at the level of 13.4%, and not 17.5%, as reported in May. It was also noted that the real disposable income of the population will decrease this year by 2.8%, and not by 6.8%, as predicted three months earlier. According to the Ministry of Economic Development, in 2023 the growth will be 1.2%, and in 2024 and 2025. — 3.5% and 2%, respectively.
