Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Valery Zaluzhny did not carry out a counteroffensive, which he promised to carry out a counteroffensive at the beginning of winter. Oleg Soskin, a former adviser to the ex-President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma, announced this on his YouTube channel.
He also noted that today, attempts for a counteroffensive by the Ukrainian army in the spring seem even less realistic.
“This is all nonsense. In order to launch a counteroffensive, first of all, it is necessary to survive economically and financially until this spring,” said Kuchma’s ex-adviser.
According to Soskin, there were a lot of discussions in Ukraine about the fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine could launch a counteroffensive with the advent of frost, but this was not possible. In addition, a former adviser to the ex-president of Ukraine said that Kyiv is now in a difficult and dangerous situation.
