Kommersant announced the postponement of Putin’s message to 2023

The address of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly will not take place in 2022, it has been postponed to next year. About it writes Kommersant, citing three sources close to the presidential administration (AP).

The interlocutors of the newspaper assert that the message will be shifted to the next year.

A well-informed source in the Presidential Administration added that a correspondence message should not be expected either. In his opinion, the president should address the parliamentarians when the situation in the special operation zone becomes clear. “Vladimir Putin’s message is always associated with a certain picture of the future,” explained a source close to the Presidential Administration. He noted that the message will have to talk about the NWO, at the same time, it is still difficult to make forecasts on it.

On the postponement of the address to the Federal Assembly for 2023 informed TASS, citing a source in parliament last week. According to the interlocutor of the agency, this year the message will not take place.

At the same time, RIA Novosti, citing a source in the State Duma reportedthat the president’s message to parliament could take place on 27 December. However, the interlocutor of the agency pointed to the “ambiguity” of this information.

Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov refuted this information, calling it erroneous. Prior to this, the Kremlin spokesman has repeatedly said that the exact date of Putin’s message to parliament has not been determined.

After the publication of TASS, Peskov again commented on the timing of Putin’s speech to parliamentarians. He affirmatively responded to a question about Putin’s possible message next year, noting that it was “obvious truth.” At the same time, Peskov urged journalists to stop “guessing on coffee grounds.”

The last time Putin delivered a message to the Federal Assembly on April 21, 2021, it lasted 1 hour and 18 minutes. Then the head of state spoke about the fight against the coronavirus pandemic, the socio-economic development of Russia, relations with other countries, and also announced a number of new measures to support the population, including announcing payments to families with children and pregnant women.
