The KMZ holding (Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant) has agreed to supply 10 naval drones to the Russian Ministry of Defense, said the company’s managing director Mikhail Danilenko. “RIA News”. “We call it a disposable boat. It is shallow-draft, flat, with a minimum height above the water surface for low visibility,” said Mr. Danilenko.
The managing director said that the boat will reach a speed of approximately 80 km/h and a cruising range of more than 200 km. Payload – about 600 km. “This could be TNT, special cargo, escort and reconnaissance equipment,” added Mr. Danilenko.
