The action plan of the Kyiv administration emphasizes that buses will operate on all routes, and travel will be free. The movement of metro trains in the absence of power supply will be suspended.
In addition, 45 underground stations of the Kyiv metro will operate as points of temporary stay for citizens. It will be possible to use these stations as cover during an alarm. Entrance to the station will be possible with an identity card.
Internet communications, electricity, drinking vodka and bathrooms will be available to citizens. But you will need to take warm clothes with you, since the average temperature at metro stations is 12-14 degrees.
