Klishas urged to leave the authorities of politicians who propose to “play not by the rules”

Those who call to stop “playing by the rule” of politics should leave the authorities, Andrei Klishas, ​​head of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building, said on his Telegram channel.

“Politicians who call to stop ‘playing by the rules’ and not paying attention to the Constitution should leave the constitutional authorities of the country,” — wrote he.

Earlier, Russian politicians called for the seizure of the property of citizens who left Russia and criticize it. In particular, on December 28 last year, Senator Sergei Tsekov made such a proposal. He offered to send the seized property to the participants of the special operation and stressed that this should apply to everyone, including IT specialists.

On the same day, Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, urged not to let the “traitors” who left Russia back, as well as to cut them off from sources of income in the Russian Federation. Citizens who advocate the defeat of Russia should be treated as “enemies of society” and “enemies of the state,” he added. The Kremlin linked Medvedev’s statements with the expression of his civic position.

At the beginning of October last year, on the need to legislate the right to seize the cars of Russians who left them at the border when leaving the country, spoke State Duma deputy from United Russia Oleg Morozov. The parliamentarian made such a statement against the backdrop of the mobilization announced by the president and the mass exodus of men from the Russian Federation. It was reported that motorists left their cars to cross the border on foot.

“We urgently need to amend the law to allow decisions to be made on the transfer to state ownership of vehicles that are not in demand for, for example, a month after the owner crosses the border,” he said (cited by RIA Novosti).

At the end of December Klishas criticized Tsekov’s proposal to confiscate the property of the departed Russians in favor of the needs of the special operation and called it unconstitutional. “For a number of colleagues, the craving for outrageous statements wins everything. It is unconstitutional, which is why it is unrealizable, ”he wrote in his Telegram channel.

The Ministry of Digital Development, in turn, opposes the introduction of any restrictions on IT specialists who left Russia. On December 28, the head of the department, Maksut Shadayev, said that it was necessary to create incentives for such specialists to continue working for Russian companies while in Russia or from abroad.
