Kinopoisk filed a protocol for mislabeling LGBT content

An administrative case was sent to the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow in relation to the Kinopoisk service (owned by Yandex). According to the judicial database, Roskomnadzor drew up a protocol against him under Part 2 of Art. 6.21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Mediazona (recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation) drew attention to this. What was the reason for the case is not specified.
Roskomnadzor made up 19 protocols for video services for LGBT content. Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Information Policy Alexander Khinshtein (United Russia) informedthat since the beginning of the law on the prohibition of LGBT propaganda, 33 protocols have been drawn up for demonstrating and promoting non-traditional sexual relations. So far, three court decisions have been issued: on fines against Tricolor Cinema and TV (in the amount of 1 million rubles), Peers.TV (1 million rubles) and an official of Tricolor (200 thousand rubles).
