Kim Jong-un presented a gift to the Russian Pacific Fleet

DPRK leader Kim Jong-un, during his visit to Primorye, exchanged gifts with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and the commander of long-range aviation of the Russian Aerospace Forces Sergei Kobylash. According to the North Korean Central Telegraph Agency (KCNA), Kim Jong-un also presented a gift to the Russian Pacific Fleet during a visit to the fleet base and inspection of the frigate Marshal Shaposhnikov.
It is noted that the DPRK leader “highly appreciated” the fighting spirit and heroism of the Russian Pacific Fleet, whose military personnel “make a great contribution to ensuring peace and security” in Northeast Asia and throughout the world. Kim Jong-un left a corresponding entry in the ship’s book of honorary guests.
According to the agency, Shoigu “presented a gift to the respected comrade Kim Jong-un with all his heart.” And during Kim Jong-un’s visit to the Knevichi airfield, he received a gift from Kobylash “as a sign of boundless gratitude” for the visit.
