Kiev denied information about the receipt of the first Patriot air defense systems

The representative of the Ukrainian Air Force, Yuriy Ignat, denied the widespread information about the receipt of the Patriot anti-aircraft missile system.
Earlier, the Financial Times reported that Ukraine, presumably, has already received one of the two Patriot air defense systems promised by the United States and Germany. According to the publication, it has not yet been put into operation.
“There are none yet,” Ignat said on the air of the telethon, commenting on this publication. “I haven’t seen it.” He promised to tell if he received the American complex. At the same time, Ignat expressed doubts about the ability of this air defense system to shoot down Russian hypersonic missiles “Dagger”: “It’s hard to say, no one has done this yet.”
Polish Defense Minister Mariusz Blaszczak earlier in an interview with the Spanish newspaper Razon assured that thanks to the efforts of his country, the first Patriot air defense systems were delivered to Ukraine. Later, the Polish Ministry of Defense did not confirm the words of the head of the department.
