Khusnullin spoke about the amount of funding sent to new regions

About 20% of the funds provided for the financing of new regions reached the regions. About this during a meeting of President Vladimir Putin with the government told Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
He clarified that according to state programs, 73% of the funds from the planned funding have already been transferred to the regions, the remaining 27% are in the process of implementation. “Of the funds that were transferred, only 20% reached the regions. <…> We will try to bring the funds in the near future, the regions are very much looking forward to this,” the Deputy Prime Minister said.
Khusnullin noted that seven departments sent full funds to the new entities – the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Sports, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Finance and Rosreestr. In total, 16 federal bodies operate in the new territories.
Putin instructed Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin to analyze the work, as well as to provide a report on the financing of industry programs in new regions by June 30.
On September 30, 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin and the leaders of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions signed agreements on the regions joining Russia. On May 30, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced that the main focus of the government’s work is the integration of new regions of the Russian Federation and the achievement of an all-Russian level of socio-economic development in them in the next eight years.
