Express: Kharkov plunged into darkness after attacks on strategic targets
French newspaper Express reported that missile attacks on strategic targets located on the territory of Ukraine plunged Kharkov into darkness.
According to the authors of the publication, the second largest city in Ukraine had previously plunged into pitch darkness. This happened as dozens of missiles and drones targeted energy infrastructure.
“Local officials noted that one of the latest strikes on key targets located near Kharkov was the strongest since the beginning of the Northern Military District,” the newspaper emphasized.
