Kharkov is faced with a catastrophic shortage of electrical capacity

The energy supply situation in Kharkov has reached a critical point; the city does not have enough capacity. The Kharkov Heating Networks utility company was warned about this.
“The city is catastrophically short of electrical power,” the company’s telegram channel reports.
Citizens were asked to use electric boilers less.
According to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, hourly shutdown schedules have been introduced for 200 thousand users in Kharkov and its surroundings.
