Kazakhstan has become a significant import channel for Russian microcircuits, which are included in the sanctions list. This is reported by GIS Reports.

GIS Reports writes about identified license plates from different European countries. The official statistics of the republic indicate that the import of electronic components into the country last year reached $75 million compared to $35 million in 2021, and the export of this product to the Russian Federation allegedly increased by more than 73 times.
In April, the United States announced its readiness to support the republic in the issue of anti-Russian sanctions. It was reported that Washington would be able to minimize the economic consequences of such a policy for Kazakhstan. Foreign experts urged not to supply mechanisms for missiles and UAVs to the Russian Federation through the territory of the state.
